"I have always had a keen interest in decorative leather bindings. Its amazing that a
victorian book of poetry in a very good leather binding can sell for as little
as GBP 30.00. Where as if someone wanted a more modern book re-bound in a similar
style and quality would cost at least GBP 150.00"

The religious specialization came about through an accident when they were offered
a collection of cookery books and ended up with over 1000 theological books as well!
"It was only then, that we realized that there was a demand for this type of book."
says Adrian Beckham. "I have always liked leather bindings and the older antiquarian books.
As you go back in history it becomes apparent that religion paid an ever important part
of everyday life and this is reflected in the books which were produced."
