Illuminated title-page; followed by 9 pages of black letter text and calendar printed in red and black; followed by 24 polychromed plates printed on one or both sides on heavy card, ornately illuminated in exact facsimile of the original 1380 manuscript. The illumination is taken from the hours of the Duke of Anjou, King of Sicily and Jerusalem. Each page has all of the Saint's days and the sign of the Zodiac and is illuminated in red, blue and gilt.
