Oblong 8vo. 12.4cm x 18.5cm. 62 leaves (printed only on one side), 1 engraved fold-out table. Engraved title and vignette (at end) by Hulett(died 1771 - no further details). Contemporary panelled calf , professionally rebacked. Inscription to verso front board in a early hand: "The Adam William Blandy author of this book appears to be the same as those list'd on admission to Pembroke Coll. Oxford. Thus: 1700 Nov. 7.Adam Blandy. 15. John Blandy, Letcombe Bassett, Berks - d. Sept. 1722 aged 39 . 1704 Nov 2 John Blandy 16 John Blandy Letcombe Berks. - d.21 June 1731 age 46.
